Q: What is WOD Obsessed?

A: WOD Obsessed was founded by a group of folks who are simply OBSESSED with maximizing their potential and pushing their limits to be the fittest versions of themselves they could be. They found CrossFit to be so much more than just a workout. It’s a lifestyle. It’s a better you. It’s something they want to share with the world and so WOD Obsessed was born, helping to maximize your WOD by gearing you up with premium apparel and top-quality gear.

Q: How can I get my hands on free swag?

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Some of our products are made in the USA, while others are made overseas.

SHIPPING:

Q: How long does it take for US shipments to be delivered?

A: Most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 business days. 

Generally it will take up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be aware, receiving an “order confirmation” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information which will enable you to track your package step by step to the point of delivery. If there is no one present to accept your package, it will still be left at your house. WOD Obsessed cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.

Q: How long does it take for international orders to be delivered?

A: Most International orders arrive between 7-14 business days. Due to customs clearance (which we have no control over), some orders may take up to 4 weeks.

As with domestic shipments we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Once the package is shipped and tracking information is emailed to you, you will be able to track your package up until the point it reaches customs.

Upon delivery if there is no one present to sign for your package, it will still be left at your house. WOD Obsessed cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered. International orders are shipped with duties and taxes due upon delivery via our Standard Service.

Please note: Orders, shipped via Standard, can incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control, which may be beyond the original delivery estimates. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur.

Q: What if my gear gets damaged?

A: If it gets damaged from normal wear and tear within 30/60 days, contact us for a replacement.  If your gear gets damaged past 30/60 days, contact us at support.wodobessed.com and we’ll try our best to work with you.
